You’re receiving this email because you have active Take 2 Hostingservices which will be affected by the following maintenance:

Work: Data Center Power MaintenanceTime: 11:00 AM PDT (6:00 PM UTC)     Date: April 11, 2011Time: 11:00 AM PDT (6:00 PM UTC)     Date: April 12, 2011

Work Details: Silicon Valley Telecom & Internet Exchange has detected afailing distribution transformer feeding the main breaker panel connectedto the output of “UPS-D”.  This is the transformer that steps the 480vpower distributed from the UPS to the main panel feeding the sub-panelson each row of cabinets in “Colo Room 2″.
Power is going to be shifted to a temporary transformer at the firstmaintenance interval (11:00 AM PDT, April 11).  Power will be runthrough the temporary transformer while the failing transformer isreplaced and a new one is installed in it’s place.  During the secondmaintenance interval the power load will be shifted back to the newpermanent transformer.

Service is expected to be impacted for approximately 10 minutes at eachof the two times (11:00 AM PDT, April 11 and 11:00 AM PDT, April 12).
This effects the following server IDs (one or more of which are onyour account):

Server ID 153 through Server ID 557 (Power Loss)Server ID 558 through Server ID 683 (Network Connectivity)

Power will be lost to the first group of servers as part of themaintenance.  The second group of servers will likely see networkconnectivity interrupted but no loss of power is expected.
To ensure filesystem integrity we recommend you shutdown any serversexpected to lose power 5 minutes before the start of each maintenance time(at 10:55 AM PDT, April 11 and 10:55 AM PDT April 12).
You can shut your servers down cleanly by logging in via SSH or via theserial console and issuing the following command:
shutdown -h now
Alternatively, you can schedule a shutdown on your system with thefollowing commands:
echo “shutdown -h now” | at 10:55 AM April 11     echo “shutdown -h now” | at 10:55 AM April 12
This assumes that the time is set correctly on your server and it isset to the PDT timezone.  If your timezone is not set to PDT then you’llneed to adjust the “at” command accordingly.
Additionally, we recommend that you review your system configurationprior to the maintenance to ensure that all services will be properlystarted when the server boots back up.
