Caitlin Clarke's practice focuses on ensuring corporate compliance with federal laws and regulations including OSHA, federal anti-kickback statutes, representing clients in public hearings, reviewing commercial contracts, and commercial litigation. She is acting litigation counsel for contractual and civil matters and represents major oil and gas companies, hotel and resort chains, retailers, insurers, Fortune 500 companies, and transportation companies in both state and federal courts.

Caitlin provides counsel to corporations regarding financial risk, compliance with state and federal law, and guidance on matters with cross-border jurisdiction. She provides counsel to clients on a broad range of matters, including financial risk evaluation and management, contract review and negotiation, conflict resolution, as well as provides clients with guidance on federal compliance guidelines including OFCCP, OSHA, CCOHS, FTC, Interstate Commerce, ERISA guidelines, and STARK and federal anti-kickback regulations.

Education

Caitlin Clarke earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Savannah Law School, and ranked in the top 10% of her class. She served as the development editor of the Savannah Law Review, competed in national trial competitions as a member of the Moot Court Honor Board, and founded Savannah Law School’s Maritime Law Society. She had the honor of serving as a clerk for The Honorable John E. Morse Jr., in the Chatham County Superior Court, which allowed her to gain valuable insight from behind the bench. Ms. Clarke has studied international law in England and Spain.
